Responsibilities
- Serve as primary HR partner for Spain organization, delivering strategic and operational HR support
- Manage Works Council relationships including preparation, consultation, meetings, and documentation
- Lead employee relations activities including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Advise managers on Spanish employment legislation, labor regulations, and HR policies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years progressive human resources experience
