We are looking to add an Accounting Administrator to our Accounting & Finance department. The selected candidate will perform tasks related to accounting management, purchase recording, and invoicing, contributing to the company’s proper financial control.
Main responsibilities
- Recording and monitoring day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Managing and recording purchases.
- Issuing and monitoring invoicing for clients and suppliers.
- Performing bank reconciliations and supporting month-end close tasks.
- Filing and document control for the accounting function.
Qualifications
Administration and Finance (Higher Technician) or Business Administration and Management (ADE).
Requirements for this position
- Degree/Training in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the agri-food or industrial sector.
- Solid knowledge of general accounting and administrative management.
- Proficiency with accounting software and office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working hours: 07:00–15:00.
Preferred
- Previous experience in food, packaging, or distribution companies.
- Knowledge of taxation and electronic invoicing management.
