Manage quotations, sales orders and customer opportunities, ensuring an efficient sales process and a seamless partner experience. Act as a trusted contact for assigned partners, working closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Quotation & Sales Support
- Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requests and business opportunities.
- Ensure pricing, margins and commercial conditions comply with department policies.
- Follow up quotations proactively to maximise conversion into sales orders.
- Support partners with product information, pricing and commercial queries.

Sales Order Management
- Process and manage sales orders from creation to release.
- Monitor open orders, deliveries and backlog,



keeping partners informed of progress and expected delivery dates.
- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts based on order status and expected shipment dates.

Partner Management
- Build strong relationships with assigned partners, acting as their main commercial and operational point of contact.
- Understand partner needs, provide timely updates on quotations and orders, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Sales & Pipeline Management
- Maintain and proactively follow up sales opportunities and quotations through emails and outbound calls to maximise conversion into sales.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by promoting relevant products, services and vendor campaigns to assigned partners.

SLA & KPI Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM r
