Are you a retention expert passionate about maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)? STRAT is looking for an Email Automation Specialist to join our remote team and lead the retention strategies for ambitious ecommerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize advanced email and SMS lifecycle flows using Klaviyo and Omnisend.
- Manage customer segmentation and data-driven personalization.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative, and send times to improve open rates, CTR, and automated revenue.
- Monitor and report on key retention metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Klaviyo or Omnisend for ecommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce retention metrics (LTV, Churn, Repurchase Rate).
- Excellent copywriting skills and a highly analytical mindset.
