As a BIM Project Coordinator, you will leading the BIM efforts on one or multiple projects. You will be the go-to person for anything BIM related on the project.

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the BIM efforts on the project in collaboration with PM.
- Support the project team in delivering the projects documentation according to BEP.
- Actively support the project architect with coordination tasks and clash detection (Navisworks).
- Establishing and implementing design technology workflows within Revit.
- Creating and maintaining project-specific parametric content.
- Troubleshooting and ensuring BIM is used to its full potential.
- Educating staff in Revit and related architectural software.
- Actively monitoring and streamlining Revit models.

Requirements

- Qualified Architect, Engineer, or Architectural Technologist.
- 4-5 years of professional work experience using Revit as your core tool.
- Love to work at the intersection of architectural technology and project delivery.
- Is a heavy Revit user,



who has conquered the Family Editor.
- Solid skills in Navisworks and proven track record of running clash detection.
- Can manage priorities and delegate BIM tasks strategically within the project team.
- Has knowledge of industry BIM standards & requirements.

Nice to have

- Skills in: Rhino.Inside, Dynamo, Python, Rhino, or Grasshopper.
- Certification in Revit or Navisworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans and common BIM standards.
- Hands‑on design and construction experience.
