o Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain effective relationships with auditors, tax advisors and other external stakeholders. o Lead and supervise the consolidation of financial statements at group level. o Manage treasury activities including working capital, cash flow optimisation, banking relationships, debt management and dividend policy. o Support the evaluation, presentation and execution of strategic corporate projects including acquisitions, divestments, investments and other value creation initiatives. o Partner with executive management to define and enhance business systems and technology platforms that support organisational objectives. o Lead transformation and systems implementation projects, ensuring process optimisation, operational continuity and platform stability. o Negotiate, implement and monitor agreements with key suppliers and business partners to generate cost savings
