Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - iGaming B2B - Barcelona Arnold Ash have been retained by a fast-growing, established and market leading B2B supplier within the iGaming industry. They require a Chief Commercial Officer to join their executive leadership team due to significant growth in new product and service lines. The successful CCO will play a critical role in strengthening the commercial structure, scaling the Sales and Account Management teams, and driving sustainable revenue growth alongside the well regarded CEO. The Chief Commercial Officer will: * Define and implement the company’s integral commercial strategy in line with overall business objectives and growth plans * Lead, develop, and scale the Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring high performance and strong commercial discipline * Build and implement clear commercial structures, processes, and KPIs across the organisation * Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities. * Drive revenue growth and profitability,
