- Buy and optimize traffic for dating offers via different platforms
- A/B testing to reach the best results/ROI possible
- Update costs and analyze campaigns
- Hunting for new partners and sources of traffic to buy traffic from
- Manage large monthly budgets
- Being able to reach the company´s mediabuying objectives

Required Skills and Knowledge
- Fluent communication in written and spoken English is a must
- 2+ years experience in Mediabuys, preferably in the dating or adult vertical
- Very strong analytical and organizational skills.
- A strong understanding of tracking implementation, such as pixel- and server-to-server tracking.
- Accustomed to work with large mediabuying budgets and buy from different sources like banner, email, native and push on cpc/cpm basis




- Familiar with large adult adnetworks like Exoclick, TrafficStars, Trafficfactory, Taboola, Facebook, Tiktok etc
- Experience with trackingsoftware like Voluum, Binom, Redtrack, Adsbridge
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a must
