Your main purpose
- Develop and manage contract strategies aligned with procurement, project delivery, and organizational objectives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions (including scope, pricing, delivery, warranties,
indemnities, insurance, and limitations of liability) in coordination with Legal where required.
- Lead contract formation activities, ensuring required approvals, delegations of authority, and supporting documentation are completed prior to execution.
- Ensure contracts comply with internal governance, procurement policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulations, and maintain proper contract documentation, approvals, and audit trails (including executed agreements, amendments, and formal notices).
- Manage contract change control, including amendments; support assessment and negotiation of associated commercial impacts, and identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks (commercial, legal, schedule, and performance), escalating issues and recommending mitigations as appropriate.
