You will work in one of our three squads—Payments, Disbursements, or GRC—to build, optimize, and scale the backend microservices that drive our financial operations. This is a unique opportunity for a talented engineer who is passionate about secure, high-performance financial systems and has experience in building solutions that handle complex payment, compliance, and disbursement workflows.
Front-end: React, HTML/DOM, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX
Back-end: Python, Flask/FastAPI, REST APIs, Redis, SQL, gRPC
Cloud: Google Cloud services (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Google Artifact Registry, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, etc.)
Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Terraform, NewRelic, PagerDuty
Architect and implement scalable backend microservices inside the Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squad.
Build and enhance systems for user onboarding, KYC, and compliance,



ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Design and manage infrastructure capable of handling millions of daily requests while maintaining the highest standards of security and performance.
Cloud Integration: Utilize Google Cloud services and industry-standard tools to build and maintain distributed systems.
Mentorship & Growth: Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the engineering team.
5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
~ Fluent or advanced English.
~ Proven track record of building, shipping, and iterating on software applications, particularly in the Fintech domain.
~ Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
~ Experience designing and implementing web services, including REST APIs.
~ Familiarity with architectural patterns such as Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and practices like A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.
~ Knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and KYC/AML processes.
