As we gear up for the 2026 season, we seek passionate and skilledYacht Captains to join our expert team. This role offers long-term collaboration in a rewarding, dynamic environment, where your daily work feels like a paid holiday.

Your Profile

- We are looking for individuals who embody the followingtraits andqualifications:
- Passionate About the Sea:A genuine love for the ocean and cruising.
- Mandatory Boating License: A valid boating license (for Motor Yachts and Sailing Yachts, ideally both) compliant with Greek laws.
- Team-Oriented:Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Adaptable Multitasker:Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously with ease.




- Welcoming Personality:Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanour and a constant smile.
- Professional Appearance: Presentable, clean, and tidy at all times.
- Drive for Excellence:A desire to be the captain of the World's Leading Private Cruise.
- Language Skills:Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German or Russian) are a strong advantage.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in yachting or marina services is preferred but not essential.
- Driving License:A valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Local Expertise:Familiarity with local waters is a significant advantage.
- Work Eligibility:EU citizens or non-EU citizens with a full-time work permit are welcome to apply.
- Seasonal Availability:Must be available to work from April to November.
