Radiometer, part of Danaher's diagnostics division, seeks a Commercial Delegate to develop and grow sales across northern Spain and Aragón. This sales role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving territory targets for diagnostic products.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets measured against territory budgets and KPIs
- Identify, pursue, and develop new and existing customer accounts within assigned territory
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with current and prospective end-users
- Introduce new products and programs; gather market feedback for sales and marketing teams
- Maintain customer relationships, promote brand, and seek service improvement opportunities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience in medical diagnostics industry
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and self-driven attitude
