Responsibilities
- Perform first-line technical interventions and customer service support
- Schedule and execute planned and predictive maintenance activities
- Complete hardware and software upgrades with proper documentation
- Assist with instrument installations and deinstallations at customer sites
- Travel throughout service area to deliver on-site technical support

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical, Electrical, Mechanical, Biology, or Biomedical Engineering
- Proven field service experience with customer and management references
- Strong technical expertise with analytical instruments and software platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with computer systems and diagnostic tools
- Ability to engage effectively with laboratory staff and customers
