Responsibilities
Manage country and site budgets, including CTRA development, negotiation, and payment reconciliation
Execute and oversee clinical trial submissions and regulatory approvals with IRB/IEC and authorities
Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP standards, country regulations, and adverse event reporting requirements
Coordinate local processes including supplies management, filing, archiving, and insurance administration
Develop risk mitigation plans and resolve operational issues independently at country level




Requirements
~5-7 years clinical research experience or combined clinical research and finance background
~ Proficiency with clinical systems, tools, and performance metrics
~ Fluent in local language and English with strong written and verbal communication
~ Budget negotiation, contract management, and regulatory submission expertise
~ Ability to work independently with minimal managerial oversight
~ Deep understanding of local regulatory environment and approval processes
~ Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required
