Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and service interventions for laboratory customers
- Schedule and execute planned and predictive maintenance activities
- Coordinate and document hardware and software updates and technical service bulletins
- Support installation and deinstallation of instruments at customer sites
- Travel within assigned service territory to meet customer needs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical, Electrical, Mechanical, Biology, or Biomedical Technology
- Proven experience in similar field service position with customer and management references
- Strong customer engagement skills with laboratory personnel
- Technical expertise in assigned product line
- Proficiency with analytical tools and software applications
- Fluent English communication, written and spoken
