Evinova seeks an AI-fluent Product Director to build and lead a core AI-native product for clinical operations from the ground up. This founding product leadership role requires defining strategy, roadmap, and vision while collaborating across engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to transform clinical development workflows.
Responsibilities
Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for an AI-native clinical operations product
Conduct end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through launch, iteration, and scale based on user feedback
Architect AI and ML at the product core—intelligent automation, predictive insights, and generative workflows
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data science, and commercial through vision and influence
Drive connectivity across Evinova's platform modules and define success metrics tied to adoption, engagement,



and clinical outcomes
Requirements
~8+ years product management experience; 3+ years in director-level or senior leadership role owning product end-to-end
~ Deep domain expertise in clinical trials, life sciences, and clinical operations workflows and ecosystems
~ Proven track record taking at least one product from zero to one as founder, early PM, or intrapreneur
~ Hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered products; understand model lifecycles, training data, prompt engineering, and AI UX
~ Experience operating in enterprise B2B SaaS with complex stakeholders and long sales cycles
~ Strong technical acumen and ability to navigate regulatory requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, HIPAA)
