Job Description

The DC CSA Project Manager is responsible for managing the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) workstream throughout the delivery of IREN’s next-generation, renewable-powered data center projects. Reporting to the DC Project Manager, the role provides project management leadership for the CSA scope, ensuring that design, procurement, construction, completion, and handover activities are effectively planned, coordinated, controlled, and delivered in alignment with the overall project objectives for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and operational readiness.
The role acts as the primary project management focal point for CSA scope, coordinating internal teams, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project disciplines to ensure that earthworks,



site infrastructure, foundations, structural systems, building envelope, architectural works, roads, drainage, external works, and associated CSA packages are delivered in accordance with project requirements.
This role contributes to the successful delivery of IREN’s Spain data center projects by supporting the DC Project Manager in controlling CSA scope, schedule, cost, risks, changes, interfaces, contractor performance, and key project dependencies, while ensuring that CSA delivery enables the timely installation, commissioning, and operation of mission-critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
