About This OpportunityWe're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced contracts managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.We're looking for contracts managers with 4+ years reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: commercial contract redlines, due-diligence issue lists and memos, clause-risk analyses, NDA and vendor-agreement review, negotiation position summaries, and obligation and renewal trackers.Compensation: $100/hourCommitment: Versátil, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)Location: Fully remote, work on your own scheduleStart date: ASAPQualifications4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreementsDirect ownership of redlining, negotiating,
