Remuner is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the RevOps tech space, helping organizations design, manage, and optimize their compensation plans. We are building a highly visual, data‑intensive product across reporting, analytics, simulations, and configuration workflows — where clarity is everything. When people look at their compensation, every number has to make sense.

What You’ll Do

Shape the Experience

- Own and evolve Remuner's design system — the foundation that lets engineers, AI agents and the whole team build fast and consistently. Solid foundations are already in place; you'll take it to the next level
- Define clear and actionable product design principles
- Design systems, not just screens
- Bring coherence to information architecture in a complex, calculation-heavy domain
- Transform dense numerical logic into intuitive and engaging experiences
- Lead structural redesigns when they matter
- Raise the level of craft and interaction consistency across the product
- Make the key UX/UI calls and be the guardian of quality for everything we ship — whether it was designed by you, an engineer or an AI agent

Bring Product Thinking to Design

- Understand our business, customers and product deeply, so every design decision is a strategic one
- Ground design decisions in research, user feedback, and product analytics
- Challenge problem framing and proposed solutions
- Bring the user experience and value perspective to everyday product decisions
- Translate business strategy into clear, tangible product experiences

Make AI a Core Layer of the Product

- Design how AI lives within core workflows
- Use AI to reduce cognitive load and simplify complex processes
- Integrate AI into simulations, decision-making, and configuration flows
- Define thoughtful interaction patterns for intelligent systems
- Use AI every day in your own workflow — to explore, prototype and build

Build and Ship, Hands-on

- Lead user research and continuous validation with our customers
- Turn insights and data into actionable product decisions
- Design for rapid iteration, working side by side with engineers every day
- Use AI and modern tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping




- Ship design improvements yourself: spot something that isn't quite right, fix it with AI-assisted coding and open a pull request to production. We provide a safe setup to do it, while complex engineering and architecture stay with our engineering team
- Jump into different initiatives and lend a hand beyond design whenever it helps the team win

Experience

- 5+ years designing complex digital products within in-house product teams at B2B SaaS companies — ideally enterprise products with lots of data
- A track record of staying in your roles long enough to see your design decisions come to life and evolve
- Experience designing high-density, data-heavy interfaces
- Strong information architecture skills
- Hands-on experience building and evolving design systems
- Proven ability to ground design decisions in research and analytics
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering
- A portfolio that showcases your structural decisions and systems thinking — we'd love to see it with your application

Bonus Points

- Experience in complex domains (finance, HR, analytics, enterprise SaaS)
- Advanced use of AI tools in design and product workflows
- Experience leveraging AI to prototype, explore concepts, or accelerate delivery
