Job Description:
An opportunity for a *Process Engineer* has arisen within *Airbus Operations*, Illescas (Toledo) .
The selected candidate will join the Work Preparation department, which provides essential support to production by ensuring process maintenance and optimization. Our team collaborates across multifunctional teams, contributing t o the success of key projects such as S19 A350, HTP S.A, and 330.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
- *Optimize* existing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the preparation of Practical Problem Solving (PPS), Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and line balancing for ramp-up .
- *Implement* new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of the new media industrialization effort .
- *Participate* in continuous improvement initiatives for both products and processes .

* * Education: * Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline .




* *Experience:* At least 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering .
* *Soft skills:* High adaptability to work on new topics, in changing business environments, and in networking situations; high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and accountability .
* *Languages:* Advanced level in English .
* *Technical knowledge:* Line balancing calculations, composite materials experience, and advanced CATIA skills .
* *Valuable / Nice to have:* A master's degree in a relevant field will be valued .
