I am currently recruiting on behalf of an international client for an exciting opportunity as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor.

What You Will Do:

- Help eCommerce customers via phone, Live Chat, and email with questions about their online orders, products, and payments.
- Handle calls transferred from stores and register them through the internal CRM/ticketing system.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while continuously meeting performance targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines designed for the project.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Dutch & English (Native or C1 level).
- Must already hold the legal right to work in Spain (EU Passport or valid Spanish residency/work visa).
- Experience working with computer systems and CRM platforms.
- Highly customer-oriented, patient, and able to handle difficult customer scenarios professionally.
- Available to work rotating shifts Monday–Friday (08:00–18:00) and Saturdays (09:00–17:00), with 2 weekends off per month.

- €19,200 gross per year base salary + up to €1,800 gross per year performance bonus.

About the Role & Process:
