Change Group (a Prosegur´s Company) is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Integral AML Intern to join our Compliance Department, located in Madrid with hybrid work model.

What will be your main duties?

- Work collaboratively to detect money laundering and terrorist financing risks, highlight weaknesses, and issue effective recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct reviews of transaction monitoring and name screening alerts (PEP/Sanction), performing in-depth investigations to identify and assess potential financial crime threats.
- Draft suspicious activity and transaction reports accurately and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with first-line teams to confirm that all Customer Due Diligence requirements align with legal and regulatory framework.
- Assist in the drafting and reviewing of AML/CTF policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.

- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Law, Finance or Compliance
- Valuable AML certification (ACAMS, ICA, others)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in English
- Valuable Swedish
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Have a strong "Team-player" mindset
- Having the ability to lead yourself in your day-to-day work
