Описание Shalion is a B2B SaaS scale-up growing its recurring revenue business from €10M to €30M ARR across entities in Spain and the US. Задачи * Own all accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, and General Ledger * Ensure accurate monthly and year-end close and prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements * Oversee multi-currency transactions and lead financial consolidation across Spain and US entities * Monitor cash flow and runway, bank reconciliations, payment controls, and supplier payments * Partner with the CFO on reporting and FP&A;, including variance analysis, board reporting, SaaS KPIs, annual budgeting, and forecasting * Spearhead implementation of new tools and systems, including a new ERP * Define accounting processes and methodologies * Drive automation of administrative workflows to support scaling transaction volumes * Liaise with HR on payroll execution and correct accounting treatment * Oversee external tax advisors for local and international tax compliance,
