The selected candidate will join the Manufacturing Engineering Team, playing a key role in driving industrial design, standardizing manufacturing processes, and supporting shop floor execution . Industrial Design & Co-Design:* Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to introduce manufacturing best practices, define build processes, and specify industrial assets, jigs, and tooling requirements .
* *Work Preparation & Documentation:* Create and update routings, As-Prepared BoMs, and Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) while managing Delta 2 configuration management and technical sequencing .
* *Process Optimization & Time Management:* Calculate standard time values, perform Standard Work, and drive shop floor continuous improvement and CAPEX planning .
* *Quality & Risk Assurance:* Execute PFMEA/FMEA risk analyses, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and participate in Quality Control Boards to secure process capability .
* *Industrialization & Modification Support:* Drive the 1st installation implementation, run feedback loops,
and evaluate industrial impacts of design modifications with IA, ISE, and TDE teams .
*Education:* Aeronautical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering degree, or a related technical discipline .
* *Experience:* Previous experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Work Preparation, or Production Environment within the aerospace or industrial sector .
* *Languages:* Advanced level in English (Spanish is highly valued) .
* *Strong knowledge of SAP, CATIA, Airbus Process Specifications (AIPS/AIPI), PFMEA methodology, and configuration management .
* *Valuable / Nice to have:* Familiarity with Airbus commercial referentials (A2853.1), Lean Manufacturing, or CAPEX planning .
