Our iGaming client is looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join their growing team in Malta. As part of the Customer Support team, you'll be the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers.
Assisting customers via live chat, email and phone
Resolving account, payment and general customer enquiries
Providing clear and professional support in both Finnish and English
Helping ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
Fluency in Finnish and good English skills
Previous experience working in a technical support role (chat, email, phone)
