Action initiatives to drive high performance
Analyse data to direct team attention
Run company wide projects to increase overall success metrics for the business
Responsible for direct reports hiring, onboarding, development and performance
Responsible for the creation and execution of training materials
Contribute and drive team wide projects




Demonstrated enterprise sales experience with a track record of relentlessly high standards and top performance
Extensive experience in managing high performing sales team
Expert experience in CRM systems (SalesForce), with the ability to pull reports
Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Keynote, etc.
