The Role
Morningstar is looking for a Resilience and Continuity Analyst to join our Enterprise Resilience Program in Madrid or Bucharest. This role helps protect the continuity of our people, workplaces, and business operations. You'll work with teams across the company to maintain business continuity plans, support resilience testing, and ensure our programs meet regulatory and internal requirements. We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of Business Continuity Management or Emergency Management experience who wants to build their expertise in enterprise resilience within a integral organization. You'll partner with stakeholders across multiple regions and help strengthen Morningstar's ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruption. The Group The Enterprise Resilience Program helps Morningstar prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions that could affect our people, facilities, and operations. The team works across the organization to strengthen resilience, support regulatory obligations,



and help employees continue serving clients and stakeholders when challenges arise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Work with teams across the business to maintain business continuity plans that support critical operations during periods of disruption.
- Facilitate Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), continuity planning workshops, and testing activities, providing guidance and practical support to stakeholders.
- Maintain and review continuity documentation, helping ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and company standards.
- Coordinate resilience activities across multiple locations, supporting preparedness for workplace, operational, and business disruptions.
- Develop training materials, awareness campaigns, and communications that build confidence and readiness across the organization.
