The project
As a Men’s Design Manager, you will be part of the creative development of the Pepe Jeans Men’s collection, from initial concept and trend research through to final product development and production. You will work closely with the Design, Product Development, Buying and Merchandising teams, ensuring the collection reflects the Pepe Jeans identity while responding to market trends, customer needs and commercial objectives.
You will provide creative direction and ensure consistency, innovation and product excellence throughout the collection.
What will the role entail?




- Work on the creative direction and development of the Pepe Jeans Men’s collections, from initial concept and trend research through to final product development and production, ensuring a strong balance between brand identity, creativity, innovation and commerciality.
- Inspire the Men’s Design team, providing creative direction, feedback and support throughout the collection development process, while managing priorities, timelines and key seasonal milestones.
- Conduct regular inspiration and trend research trips, identifying relevant trends, colours, materials, silhouettes and new opportunities to translate into the collection and keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Develop seasonal concepts, moodboards, colour palettes, fabrics and product direction, paying close attention to garment details, finishes and construction, and overseeing the development of samples and final products.
