Job Description
About the Programme We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join our Investment Banking Off-Cycle Internship Programme,



starting in January 2027. The programme offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading independent investment banking environment, working alongside experienced professionals and participating directly in live transactions and strategic advisory projects. From day one, interns will be fully integrated into the team and will have exposure to different stages of the transaction process, developing strong analytical, financial and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the execution of M&A; and other corporate finance transactions.
- Performing company, industry and market analysis.
- Conducting financial analysis and valuation, including comparable companies, precedent transactions and DCF analysis.
- Supporting the preparation and review of financial models.
- Preparing presentations, pitchbooks, information memoranda and other transaction materials.
