Its Brand Partnerships team helps brands connect with audiences through culturally resonant campaigns, including branded content, digital storytelling, ticketed experiences, and premium sponsorships.
Задачи:
- Own commercial relationships with prospective and existing sponsors across the assigned territory
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sponsorship revenue targets
- Create the pipeline and manage the full deal cycle
- Acquire new sponsors and grow partnerships across markets, audiences, and Fever properties
- Identify and engage high-potential sponsors using Fever’s ecosystem, network, and market knowledge
- Map and engage stakeholders across brand, marketing, media, partnerships, experiential, and procurement teams
- Build and execute outbound strategies to generate qualified sponsorship opportunities and improve pipeline quality
- Lead discovery conversations and translate client objectives into relevant sponsorship solutions
- Create insight-led sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand, audience, media, experiential, and business objectives
- Lead commercial negotiations through contract signature, creating value for both the sponsor and Fever
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, and Operations to develop proposals and ensure a smooth handover after closing
- Maintain CRM records, forecasting, and opportunity visibility, including pipeline stage, revenue potential, close date, and risks
- Research markets and competitors to identify new categories, prospects, and sponsorship trends
