Задачи: * Partner directly with hiring managers across technical teams to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape effective search strategies * Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview process management, feedback, offer support, and closing * Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and other technical domains * Identify, approach, and engage high-quality passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, market mapping, niche communities, and direct outreach * Act as a strong ambassador for Biorce, ensuring every candidate has a professional, thoughtful,
