How you'll make an impact * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and internal policies * Acting as a coach and advisor toward the supervision team concerning HSE management. * Conduct comprehensive HSE risk assessments and implement effective control measures * Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and define corrective and preventive actions * Implement and support HSE programs, audits, inspections, and improvement initiatives * Monitor key HSE KPIs and prepare clear reports to drive transparency and decision-making * Deliver HSE trainings and awareness programs that foster a strong safety culture * Maintain and continuously improve emergency response plans,



including drills and preparedness activities * Collaborate closely with teams to integrate HSE considerations into daily operations and long‑term planning * Drive the integration and continuous improvement of environmental practices by leading risk assessments, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring/reporting environmental performance against HSE objectives. Your background Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within an industrial or energy environment.
