Responsibilities * Actively contributing to the company's organizational design and structure. * Defining and executing the organizational improvement strategy, aligned with the company's business, technology, and departmental objectives. * Providing methodological support for both strategic and tactical planning. * Driving continuous improvement initiatives across Business functions (Sales, Risk, Finance, etc.) and Product & Technology. * Embedding Lean-Agile principles across the organization and coaching teams on their practical application. * Defining and providing area-specific metrics to Heads and teams, enabling effective iteration planning and roadmap prioritization based on team capacity. * Partnering with the Talent & Culture team and the Leadership Team to evolve the company culture, increase team autonomy, and foster cross-functional collaboration. * Facilitating team workshops and sessions when needed, including ideation, solution design, planning, retrospectives, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.



* Promoting transparent communication and ensuring information is accessible across the organization. * Defining, tracking, and measuring the impact of organizational improvement initiatives through relevant KPIs. Requirements * At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as an Organizational Consultant. * Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment. * Strong understanding of product development in complex organizational environments. * Hands‑on experience with Lean-Agile frameworks at scale, such as Nexus, LeSS, Spotify Model, or similar. * Strong systems thinking capabilities, with experience analyzing organizational dynamics and designing effective solutions. * Experience leading change management initiatives, using frameworks suc
