Senior / Lead Process Engineers

As a Senior / Lead Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing industrial processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, safety, and profitability. This role combines extensive technical knowledge with leadership skills to mentor junior staff, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across various industries.

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Systems aligned with client requirements, international standards (such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001), and local regulations.
Review and endorse contractors' procedures, conduct audits and inspections, and ensure compliance with project safety specifications and legal requirements.
Develop safety protocols, conduct process safety analyses (e.g., Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with quality standards, track non-compliance issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Manage inspection and testing activities (NDE, pressure testing, welding,



coating) on project sites, coordinating with third-party inspection agencies and client representatives.
Develop and deliver quality training programs, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns to build a strong safety culture.
Develop, coordinate, and test emergency response plans, including conducting drills with internal teams and external emergency services.
Collect, analyze, and report on quality performance data and KPIs, using trends to suggest improvement plans.
Monitor and manage environmental aspects of the project, including waste management and pollution prevention, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and permits.
Act as the main interface between the Owner/Client, EPC contractor, vendors, and third parties.
Review and approve EPC contractor safety procedures, method statements, and testing protocols.
Identify commissioning risks and implement mitigation plans
