About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and tech-savvy Junior HR Associate to support our growing international team. You will work closely with senior leadership and the General Head of HR, supporting day-to-day HR operations across multiple countries and entities while gaining broad exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
A key part of the role will be maintaining accurate HR data and making effective use of our HRIS and other HR platforms, so we are particularly interested in candidates who are comfortable working with HR technology and systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes across different countries and entities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS and other HR platforms.
• Assist with the administration of employment and consultancy agreements, offer letters, amendments and other HR documentation.




• Track key employee lifecycle dates, including probation periods, contract renewals, leave and other HR milestones.
• Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating employee information with internal teams and external providers.
• Assist with employee queries and day-to-day HR administration.
• Support immigration, work permit and relocation processes where required.
• Maintain recruitment and employee data, prepare basic HR reports and help ensure information across HR systems remains accurate.
• Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, processes and internal procedures.
• Assist with employee engagement, performance and feedback processes.
• Support ongoing HR projects and process improvements.
• Help identify opportunities to automate, streamline and improve HR processes through technology.
