You will build scalable capabilities, accelerate digital innovation, and create outstanding experiences for our teams. Working closely with global, regional, and local colleagues, you will turn bold ideas into practical solutions and harness automation and artificial intelligence to unlock greater strategic value.

Key responsibilities:

• Simplify and standardize processes across Global Procurement Marketing.
• Design, pilot, and scale innovative solutions across categories to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Create transparency through meaningful performance indicators, actionable insights,



and data-driven decision-making.
• Establish governance and ways of working that balance speed with compliance.
• Use digital tools, automation, and artificial intelligence to simplify work, strengthen decision-making, and increase productivity.
• Translate business needs into practical, user-focused solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to successful adoption, while supporting colleagues through practical guidance and training.

Your Profile

• At least three to four years of relevant professional experience in procurement operations, category management, marketing, digital transformation, consulting, data analysis, or a related field.
• A university degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, marketing, industrial engineering, business analytics, or a comparable field.
