We are hiring Expert Audio Speech Evaluators based in Spain for an AI speech evaluation project. This is a freelance opportunity for individuals with excellent spoken English, strong conversational ability, and a natural English accent who can assess the quality and naturalness of AI-generated conversations.

Duration: 1 month - 2 months
Compensation: USD 18/hour
About the Role
You will interact with an AI system through natural, unscripted conversations and evaluate the quality, naturalness, and effectiveness of the conversation.
Your feedback will contribute to improving AI-powered speech and conversational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct natural, unscripted conversations with an AI system
• Evaluate English accent and pronunciation
• Assess tone, intonation, and expressiveness
• Evaluate fluency and conversational flow
• Assess naturalness and clarity of speech
• Evaluate pacing and delivery
• Identify unnatural or inconsistent speech patterns
• Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback
• Follow evaluation guidelines consistently
Requirements
• Currently based in Spain
• Native English speaker or demonstrably native-level spoken English
• Natural and clear English pronunciation/accent
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong conversational and listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable participating in spontaneous conversations
• Able to provide clear and objective feedback
