Laparkan Antigua Limited, part of an established international logistics organization, is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Antigua.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships. The role will actively promote Laparkan’s Ocean, Air and Express shipping services, as well as Money Transfer services, to commercial and personal-effects customers through direct sales, customer visits, social media and other business-development channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and prospective customers
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Promote Laparkan’s full range of shipping and logistics services
• Conduct regular customer visits, sales calls and follow-ups
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline and work toward established sales targets
• Utilize social media and other platforms to generate leads and promote services




• Provide management with regular sales activity and performance reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales/business-development experience, preferably within shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or a related service industry
• Demonstrated track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
• Experience in customer relationship management and direct/outside sales would be an asset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with social media and digital platforms for business development
