Product & A&I; Manager — Valentino Beauty

MISSION

Define and drive the product and A&I; strategy for Valentino Beauty, aligning the brand vision with business opportunities and consumer needs to drive growth and brand desirability.

As a hybrid role, it offers a unique perspective at the intersection of product, media, influence, content and CRM. It is an opportunity to strengthen Valentino Beauty’s distinctive expression and make it locally relevant to consumers at every touchpoint.

Main Responsibilities

Brand strategy and growth: Define Valentino Beauty’s product and A&I; strategy, connecting the brand identity with business priorities, trends and market opportunities.

Product and planning: Lead launch and promotion preparations, participate in commercial planning, and monitor product and category performance.

Consumer and A&I; strategy: Develop an in-depth understanding of the target consumer and, based on their needs, motivations and habits, define a strong A&I; strategy to connect with them and maximise the most relevant touchpoints.

Brand expression and activation:



Ensure a consistent and distinctive expression of Valentino Beauty across all touchpoints. Coordinate and develop A&I; campaigns, with support from partner agency SAMY, as well as content, creator, PR and brand experience initiatives.

Performance and insights: Measure the brand’s sell-out performance and the impact of product and A&I; initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to guide brand decisions.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work with CMO, Activation, DMI, commercial teams and other stakeholders to turn the strategy into connected plans and effective actions.

• Product, category and brand performance.

• Forecast accuracy and planning excellence.
• A&I; campaign performance: EMV, share of influence and engagement metrics.
