About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager who is passionate about the creator economy to lead the engagement, growth, and retention of our community of streamers, agencies, and content creators in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities
• Community Management & Partnerships: Develop and strengthen relationships with agencies and content creators, ensuring ongoing engagement and strong retention rates.
• Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new streamers and partner agencies, expanding the platform’s presence.
• Events & Activations: Plan and execute in-person meetups, community initiatives, and brand activations that increase awareness and strengthen connections with users.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the platform at industry events and strategic gatherings, building authentic connections with the community.
• Market Intelligence:



Monitor creator economy trends, consumer behavior, and developments in the live-streaming market to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Community Experience: Analyze community behavior and pain points to design authentic, welcoming, and high-impact initiatives and experiences.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in digital community management, influencer/creator relations, or talent management.
• Strong knowledge of the live-streaming ecosystem, social media, and creator economy trends.
• Proven skills in negotiation, interpersonal communication, and independently managing projects.
• Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments.
• Advanced or fluent English (required for collaboration with integral teams).
