Then come and join our global team as HR General Process Owner – Total Rewards (f/m/d), for overseeing and improving global HR processes, in the scope of employee lifecycle management (including, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits) HR Information Systems (HRIS), and payroll-related functions such as time and attendance. The role demands a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to lead process design, automation, and standardization in a fast-growing international environment. The HR GPO acts as a change agent and partner to HR stakeholders,



managing complex multinational projects and ensuring alignment across regions and functions.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

Process Improvement and Management

• Coordinate the end-to-end design, ownership, and continuous enhancement of HR processes globally.
• Initiate process and system changes, prioritize improvement initiatives, and manage project roadmaps for global HR programs.
• Ensure processes comply with jurisdictional regulations while delivering an excellent employee experience and supporting global expansion.
• Develop and approve detailed business process documentation, including current and future state descriptions and business requirements.
