? We’re Hiring: Customer Service Agent - Portuguese Speaker

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast - and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona.

? About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing a well known sports brand.

✅Key Responsibilities
• Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.
• Put yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Become an expert and brand ambassador for the brand.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.




• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.

?What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• A passion for helping customers.
• Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
• Strong administrative skills with an eye for details.
• A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.

? What We Offer
• Start Date: November 16th, 2026.
• Contract: Fixed-Term 4 months with posibility for extension (1 month probation).
• Full-Time & Part-Time Options: 39hrs or 20hrs per week.
• Available Schedules: (FT) Rotative Schedule Monday to Saturday between 9AM and 8PM // (PT) Tuesday to Friday 16:15-20:15 & Saturdays 8:45-12:45 // (PT) Monday to Friday 8:45-13:45.
• Salary: €18,711 gross per year pro rated.
• Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
• Training: Full-Time Training for 8 days - 10 to 19hs Monday to Friday.
