We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the general leader in personalised health and wellness.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Spain is one of our next major growth markets and this is the first senior hire we're making on the ground. Buying, creative and performance marketing run from our central growth team. Commercial strategy and special projects sit centrally too. You'd be the General Manager for Juniper Spain,

leading the launch from zero and owning the local business as it grows. From day one you own the local product experience and the operations behind it. That means what a great Juniper looks like in Spain, how reliably patients get a high-quality experience, and the unit economics that make it work. You'd build and lead a small local team over time. Build the local operating model, systems and processes required to scale whilst maintaining quality.
Hire, develop and lead a high-performing local team.
Partner closely with central product, growth and clinical teams to localise the experience for Spanish consumers.
Own local operational performance, service quality and unit economics.
Build local partnerships, community and brand relevance within the Spanish market.
Most likely you've spent time in a high-growth consumer business such as mobility, marketplaces, food delivery or quick commerce, where you've had responsibility for launching
