What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include the following activities:

• Ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders by verifying that invoices and credit notes are issued correctly in accordance with tax regulations.
• Handling product deliveries and returns by interacting with customers, logistics providers and sales team.




• Providing the sales team with relevant information regarding order processing and delivery status while maintaining up-to-date the customer master data.
• Supervising stock levels in the system to ensure they are accurate and aligned with BASF SE and Agro BV figures, monitoring aging stock analysis, and participating in physical inventory.
• Recording information of customer complaints regarding products not yet in the field, in accordance with corporate procedures.
• Ensuring the correct application of commercial policy by utilizing IT tools and established processes within the customer service team, which includes updating the Web Order Entry and SAP sales master data for customers, articles, offers, commercial plans, campaigns, and price lists.
• Supporting the Regional Supply Chain Manager in coordinating activities related to forecast, refilling, repackaging, and relabeling as determined at the country level.
