? Role Overview

At Sapindex, we are looking for a SAP Project Manager with SAP PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) experience to lead projects within the OTC (Order to Cash) business area.

The position requires a strong SAP project management background, with specific knowledge of e-Compliance and/or e-Invoicing projects, coordinating business and technical stakeholders in an international environment.

? Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP projects within the OTC business area.
• Manage projects related to e-Compliance and/or e-Invoicing.
• Support SAP PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) activities.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, monitoring, and follow-up.
• Manage project milestones, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Coordinate business, functional,



and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across the different teams involved.
• Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery.

? Requirements

• Professional experience as a SAP Project Manager.
• Experience with SAP PPM (Project and Portfolio Management).
• Essential experience managing e-Compliance and/or e-Invoicing projects.
• Experience working within or supporting OTC (Order to Cash) processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary business and technical teams.
• Advanced English – mandatory.
• Availability to work under a hybrid model in Madrid.
