Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a full-time, on-site role based in Novelda, responsible for organizing and supervising volunteer activities that support the studio’s projects and community initiatives. This position involves recruiting and onboarding volunteers, scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and ensuring volunteers are well-informed and engaged. The coordinator will develop and deliver volunteer training, maintain clear communication channels, and address questions or concerns promptly. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking attendance, documenting volunteer contributions, supporting community outreach events, and collaborating with internal team members to align volunteer efforts with project needs. The role also requires continuous improvement of volunteer processes to ensure a positive and productive experience for all participants.
Qualifications




• Ability to manage volunteer programs, including Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to build positive relationships and convey information clearly.
• Experience with Community Outreach and engaging local organizations or groups.
• Organizational and time management skills to coordinate schedules, events, and documentation effectively.
• Previous experience in volunteer coordination, nonprofit, community programs, or event organization is beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Novelda and collaborating with creative professionals.
• Basic proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, scheduling software).
