About the role ?
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager (CRM & In-App) owns the user journey through our comms, in-app and beyond. Working within the lifecycle goals set with your manager, you'll design the programs and journeys that decide who gets which message, when and where: from onboarding flows and monetization banners and modals to retention journeys and new feature launches. Product Marketing brings the story; you get it to the right user at the right moment and prove what it moved.
You'll build and run our lifecycle programs (mainly in Iterable), use Amplitude and Looker to define audiences and find insights, and connect every send to the activation, conversion and retention it drives.
You'll partner closely with our Desktop, Mobile and Devices Teams, each with its own users, goals and roadmap, and with Product Marketing, Copywriting and Design. Your job is to make sure lifecycle comms serve all three products without stepping on each other. You'll report to the VP of Marketing.

What you'll do ?
• Act as the lifecycle partner for our Desktop, Mobile and Devices teams:



gather each team's needs and turn them into lifecycle programs, validated with your manager.
• Own lifecycle comms across in-app (banners, modals, notifications) and email: onboarding, monetization campaigns, retention and win-back, and new feature launches.
• Design, build, launch and optimize journeys and campaigns in Iterable, from audience logic to triggers, cadence and frequency.
• Define and lead audience segmentation and personalization based on user behavior, lifecycle stage and subscription status.
• Design and maintain our lifecycle journey map across products and spot the moments where a message can drive activation, conversion and retention.
• Turn Product Marketing's messaging into lifecycle comms with Copywriting and Design, adapting it to each audience, stage and channel.
