About the role

Key Responsibilities
• As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with mobile phones, internet, and TV services, including:
• Mobile Services: SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
• Home Services: Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup

Requirements
• Languages: Dutch & English
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology
• Sales Mindset: Able to identify and act on sales opportunities

What We Offer

2,040 gross/month + up to 15% monthly bonus
• Permanent Contract
• Versátil Hours: 39 hours/week, Monday- Friday with some Saturdays
• Training & Support: 2 weeks initial training + guided calls + extra training week
