Lead the digital transformation and organizational enablement of the procurement function by shaping a scalable, user-centric, and data- and technology-driven operating model. This role accelerates adoption of digital and AI-enabled capabilities, strengthens procurement maturity, and enables sustainable value creation across the end-to-end process

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The Manager – Systems & Process Excellence is responsible for leading the design, optimization, and governance of procurement processes and digital platforms. This role acts as the backbone of procurement operations, ensuring scalable, efficient, and standardized Source-to-Settle processes enabled by best-in-class systems and automation. The position partners closely with General Procurement, IT, Finance COE, and external solution providers to drive continuous improvement and digital maturity across the function.
