We are an international, remote-first team, and we are hiring two Account Executives to help us grow.

The Role
As an Account Executive at Surf Office, you will own inbound sales opportunities from first conversation to closed booking.

This is a consultative sales role. You will work with HR, People, Operations, Office Managers, and Executive Assistants who are planning retreats for remote-first and fast-growing teams.

Your job is to understand what they need, recommend the right retreat options, prepare strong proposals, negotiate with venues, and guide the customer toward a confident decision.

We are looking for someone with strong commercial instincts, excellent follow-through,



and the ability to manage a detailed sales process independently.

Role Responsibilities
• Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads and discovery to closing deals
• Speak with prospective clients to understand their retreat goals, budget, timeline, team size, and decision-making process
• Match client retreat needs with the idóneo venues from our extensive database
• Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospects
• Liaise with venues to negotiate quotes and terms
• Follow up consistently and thoughtfully to keep opportunities moving
• Manage multiple prospects and proposals at the same time
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the retreats we sell can be delivered successfully
